Today marks 14 amazing years of Artelexia. From humble beginnings at the La Jolla Farmers’ Market, to our first stunning storefront in Little Italy, & our current landmark, picturesque location in North Park, Artelexia has flourished into a colorful ambassador of Mexico's culture.
Over the last 14 years, Artelexia has blossomed & evolved along with the culture, our customers, artisans, & vendors. We’re ecstatic to continue our growth with the addition of our two sister shops, Casa y Cocina in the Summer of 2022 & Casa Palma Dulce in the Fall of 2023.
Artelexia is a powerhouse of excitement & creativity that goes beyond being just a store. For more than a decade, we have hosted numerous charity drives to support causes that hold a special place in our hearts. Our colorful craft workshops have brought people together from all walks of life. Our unforgettable Día De Muertos festivals have brought joy & celebration to our beloved neighborhood of North Park. A-list chefs have graced our in-store cookbook signings. We’ve fed your adventurous hearts (& bellies) with our epic tours to Mexico. ¡Dios mío! We've also been featured on The Today Show! We are BURSTING with pride for all we've achieved & can't wait to see what the future holds!
